To The People of China—and The World…

To the people of China

Welcome To My Website

As you obviously noted, there are no restrictions about what I publish because this country, America, has a constitutional right to freedom of speech. Well, for the time being, anyway!

Of course, that right is limited by the laws that govern espionage, treason, and things of that nature.

But I am safe in that regard in that I know nothing about government or government secrets, etc., and my views of the current political condition of this country are mine alone.

That said, one of the reasons I write this is that I am told that perhaps the Chinese government, or other entities of China and other countries, would like to gain access to my website for nefarious purposes.

Well, have at it! That’s all that I can say. I am simply a citizen (senior citizen, I should add; age 74) who does not wish to understand or even attempt to comprehend what one might do had they access this or other websites, but I will say, “You should probably find better things to do.

Having put that out of the way, I would like to add that FOR THE PEOPLE OF CHINA had I the opportunity to visit your country and the permission to remain for a while, I would have considered it a great honor and privilege.

America is a country of 340 million, the collective minds of which have done some wonderful things through technology, manufacturing, etc., but we are so few compared to the population of China, and even more so to the world at large.

America makes up 4.2% of the world’s population!

This country, America, which is anything but united at the moment, has many beautiful places to visit, breathtaking national parks, mountains, valleys, and the like. The countryside is rich with many beautiful forests, rivers, canyons, and deserts. Natural wonders that one could spend years exploring.

China, too, has a vast wonderland of beauty and culture. Everyone who visited China, to whom I have had the pleasure of speaking and reading about, raves about its natural beauty and its wonderful people.

Because of this, it saddens me that the leaders of our two countries are impudent toward one another.

Like those of ALL countries of the world, our leaders are born beneath a flag—a nationalistic idol, a symbol that takes control of our lives, our minds, and our hearts, and it tells us that those who are foreign to our culture are our natural enemies.

We are taught from childhood that those who speak other languages, serve other gods, and have different ideologies, are to be hated, watched, untrusted, and killed on command.

For ages untold, tribal leaders lead us toward animosities that would likely not exist had we not been taught them, had we not been indoctrinated to believe them, and coerced by nationalistic pride to support them. Egos! Greed for power! Shared hatreds imposed upon us by charismatics who wish to control the populous for selfish reasons.

For thousands of years, we have been led to sacrifice our children to the gods of war to dispel one another’s cultures, to seize one another’s lands and goods, and to defeat one another’s gods.

In my lifetime I have met, and known, many people from many lands, and although this is difficult for many to understand, I have found them to be nothing more than other human beings, not unlike me, i.e., people who simply wish to live in peace. People who. as it is said, put their pants on one leg at a time, just like all of us.

People! Others like us! Those who have families, drive cars, eat and sleep, have jobs, and enjoy life.

Is that concept so very difficult to understand or recognize?

The leaders of our two countries, like the leaders of others, take a harsh view of anyone who speaks a language foreign to their own. Often, they are distrusted, despised, and expelled from their respective countries. Something evident now, the world over, and especially here in America!

America now has a maniacal leader who, like those of so many other nations, has taken to buffing his own ego, who goes about building great monuments to himself, calling himself a god, naming buildings and monuments after himself, proclaiming his genius, and displaying a selfish ardor that none has seen in the history of this nation to this day.

And yet we, you and I, as common citizens who want nothing more than peace and joy out of life, are kept from one another, separated by ideologies that are inbred, embedded, and often tortured into us.

Flags and idols that keep us at war with one another for no other reason than POWER and EGO. God does not bless America, nor does God bless any earthly power, despite what your leaders tell you.

There is, however, a time coming when these hateful, divisive, nationalistic barriers will come down.

Despite what we are taught, what we are cajoled to believe, and despite what is tortured into us by our progenitors, religions, and our religious and political leaders, we are all made of the same substances. We all live and die in the same fashion, and we ALL came from the same Creator.

One day, and hopefully soon, those egotistical, misled, and misdirected leaders of both the religious, and political realms—will be exposed and debunked, i.e., put into their proper places!

And then, we, the people of Earth, will finally be able to visit one another and share the total beauty of our planet together, in peace and acceptance of one another.

In the meantime, rest assured that not everyone on Earth hates everyone else, nor do we, the few, harbor religious or political animosities toward you, personally. We are people like you, and for you. Hoping for the same peace and contentment that all wish for.

You must believe that not everyone will permit themselves to be coerced and tortured into the depravity of nationalist and religious pride.

Many of us have learned better.

All comments are appreciated, thank you!

Welcome to Soliloquy. This blog page is for those who see the world around them without delusion. Those who recognize that humanity cannot cure itself, and that religion and politics continue to compound the issues that plague us. Whereas people claim to put faith in God, they turn to men, to religions for answers, and not their Creator. It has become obvious that religion has done nothing for humanity but confound and confuse, incite hatreds, and set all humanity at odds with one another.
